A new Watch for Merstham

Dear All

I wrote to you a few weeks ago concerning plans to create a new Watch in Merstham.  I asked you whether any of you were interested in reactivating the current Watch which was led by Caroline Slater until she moved away from Surrey.  I had a few replies all of which preferred the option of joining the proposed new Watch rather than trying to reactivate the old one.  As a consequence when the new Watch is fully up and running I will delete the previous Merstham Watch and draw the boundaries of the new watch to encompass the area of your old Watch.

In my last communication I mentioned plans to hold a meeting to launch the new Watch.  Those have now been firmed up and the meeting will take place on Tuesday 25th November starting at 6.30 pm in the Merstham Hub, 2b Portland Drive, RH1 3HY. Both I and a representative from Surrey Police should be in attendance.

I hope to see some of you on the 25th.
